Altanbagana Shiituu is a co-founder of Unity Capital LLC. He is also a founder and managing director of Terra Express LLC, a leading Mongolian Mining Logistics Service Provider since 2011.
Altanbagana's past responsibilities covered strategic management, marketing, entrepreneurship, business process management, and mining logistics. He actively supports young entrepreneurs and has invested in start-ups in fintech and creative marketing.
He had a successful senior management career with leading industrial companies operating in manufacturing, agriculture, property management, and hospitality.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to establishing the Terra Express, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of Chono Group, overseeing its businesses in property, mining, hospitality, agriculture, logistics. Altanbagana was Chief Executive Officer of APU Trading Co., Ltd, a country’s largest premier brewer and beverage producer company. He also performed under duties of a Chief of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) community development for the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI).
Within his community development career, he engages with the NGO sectors serves as the President of the “Mongolian Marketing Association” the joint initiative of professional marketers, marketing professors, research institutions, and business entities. MMA is a member of the Asian Marketing Association (AMF) and strives to become a trusted resource and networking group for professional marketers and academics in Mongolia.
Altanbagana was featured as "TOP 40 CEO", Forbes Mongolia, 2015 and the companies he managed ranks amongst the top 100 companies in the country where he received “Best Entrepreneur awards in 2014, 2016, and 2018“ from MNCCI.
